Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities administration or event planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of corporate event protocol and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of purchasing systems a plus.
• General building and service knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a schedule of events, visitors and vendors.
• Coordinate facility services, safety and environmental requirements.
• Support onboarding of employees and vendor coordination.
• Monitor supply closets and manage budgets for events.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and travel logistics for events.
• Engage with senior leaders and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with cleaning staff and ensure cleanliness of common areas.
• Track post-event feedback and implement process improvements.
