Job summary

Exelon is powering a cleaner, brighter future. We seek a skilled facilities technician to diagnose, repair and maintain complex building systems and critical facilities across our Maryland operations.

You will work with engineers and supervision to implement preventive maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure safety, compliance, and 100% system availability. Overtime and on-call duties are common in this safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications

• Must possess High school Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• EPA universal certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain building electrical systems and critical facilities.
• Plan and coordinate contractor work ensuring safety and compliance.
• Prepare labor and cost estimates for repairs and installations.
• Maintain and operate BMCS and life-safety systems.
