Job summary

Exelon Corporation in Baltimore, MD seeks a skilled Technician to diagnose and repair complex building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection. You will operate BMCS and oversee contractors to ensure safety and 100% facility availability.

Required: high school diploma or GED, EPA refrigeration certification, and 4+ years in facilities maintenance; valid driver’s license and strong English communication. On-site role with competitive benefits and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years facilities maintenance experience.
• EPA universal certification in refrigerant transition and recovery.
• General Certification of Engineering from the National Association of Power Engineers or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and maintains complex commercial/industrial electrical, HVAC, and related systems.
• Manages contractor work to specifications, safety, schedules and payments.
