Job summary

Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC is seeking a Facilities Equipment Service Team Leader to guide 3–5 technicians in preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements. You will manage work orders, reduce downtime, and mentor teammates while advancing new technologies.

The role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, with strong PLC/electrical, HVAC, and building systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 2-year technical degree or equivalent equipment service experience.
• Experience in facilities environment preferred; strong Troubleshooting skills required.
• Proven ability to lead a shift and prioritize repairs while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of 3–5 technicians to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Prioritize work orders, minimize downtime, and report to the Equipment Service Coordinator.
• Develop associate skills through hands-on training and new technology adoption.
• Maintain building and equipment reliability through proactive maintenance.
