Your role emphasizes mentoring, hands-on training, and introducing new technologies to improve efficiency and reliability across facilities systems.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2-year technical degree or equivalent equipment service experience.
• Desirable: 5 years in a facilities environment or strong entry-level potential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of 3-5 Equipment Service Technicians to perform maintenance, repairs, and reporting.
• Evaluate equipment improvements and revise preventive maintenance to improve availability and yield.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and participate in reliability centered maintenance activities.
