Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years’ work experience in Shop Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Implement & maintain the facilities preventative maintenance program.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of production equipment.
• Assist in equipment performance testing per manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Perform corrective actions for out-of-specification conditions.
• Assist in analytical troubleshooting of issues.
• Accurately record and document maintenance activities.
• Maintain organized manuals and blueprints.
• Suggest changes for improved efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies.

Skills

Proficient in reading and understanding instructions in English

Ability to closely follow instructions

Good verbal and written communication

Knowledge of quality practices and safety standards

Forklift operations and safety certified

Willingness to work overtime

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
