Qualifications

• State Builder’s License and HVAC certification preferred; Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills are required
• Knowledge of building maintenance, safety standards, and equipment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilités

• Supervises maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules.
• Evaluates staff and makes hiring or termination recommendations; Manages and motivates staff to provide quality service.
• Maintains facilities in accordance with local and state building codes.
• Manages maintenance departments with cost management, methods, staffing; adheres to budgets and schedules.
• Provides technical knowledge for maintenance projects; prepares service estimates and maintains budgets for projects.
• Develops and implements policies with leadership to meet departmental goals.
• Negotiates sub-contractor contracts and inspects work to ensure safety and procedures.
• Ensures preventative maintenance and maintains equipment records; recommends replacements as needed.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with employees, vendors, and public.
• Drives continual improvement initiatives across the organization.
