Job summary

Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, FL is seeking a qualified Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and the facilities team. You will guide projects, monitor compliance, and help optimize building operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities maintenance with supervisory experience, solid knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, and strong communication skills. You will coordinate with vendors, manage work orders, and mentor staff to uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in facilities maintenance.
• Supervisory experience managing at least 5 employees preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and environmental health standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees facilities activities and personnel to ensure safe, timely project completion.
• Acts as back-up for Manager and Director of Facilities.
• Coordinates with vendors and oversees maintenance of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical).
• Trains staff on safety and procedures; ensures compliance with SOPs.
• Manages work order system and assigns tasks to technicians when leaders are unavailable.
