Job summary

SpartanNash in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily MHE, building and utility maintenance within the distribution center.

You will schedule staff, ensure safety, lead preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll need at least 3 years in maintenance with some supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and maintenance software; flexible

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required) or GED.
• Three years maintenance experience.
• One year supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with computers including MS Office and maintenance software.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA/RMP standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day facility and equipment maintenance activities (MHE, buildings, grounds, etc.).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support DC operations.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and records.
• Schedule maintenance staff to balance workload, costs, and safety.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment.
• Inspect for government compliance (OSHA, EPA, RMP) and address issues.
• Assist with projects and obtain quotes from vendors as needed.
