Healthcare Services Group, Inc seeks an Account Manager to lead Environmental Services in a long-term care facility, overseeing housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams and ensuring safety and quality standards. You will train staff and manage schedules to deliver excellent resident experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating with administrators, and upholding compliance with policies while promoting a safe, courteous work environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Lead teams across varying shifts and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and federal/state requirements.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and safety precautions.
• Represent HCSG positively through professional interactions.
