Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Facility Environmental Manager to lead environmental programs across Indianapolis, IN and other North American sites. You will plan and coordinate environmental tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage interactions with authorities.

The role requires a strong background in environmental regulations, training delivery, and audits, with formal education or equivalent experience, to maintain safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or related field; or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of Clean Water Act, SPCC, EPCRA, and RCRA requirements.
• 5 years of compliance experience in CWA, CAA, and/or RCRA.
• Ability to read environmental regulations and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate worker training under EPA and state agencies.
• Onboard new employees and conduct orientation.
• Investigate, report and review compliance findings.
