Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of technical training in Engineering Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Trade/technical certificate or license in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, electronics, or general construction.
• Experience: 3 years in a relevant trade or 5 years in hospital maintenance roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and manage scheduling and training.
• Oversee safety, hazards, and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and apply department quality and productivity standards.
• Administer preventative maintenance program for the facility.
• Perform journeyman-level maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
