Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine, urgent and preventive maintenance on hospital buildings, equipment, and grounds as directed.
• Repairs electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and maintains related records.
• Maintains HVAC controls and environmental systems to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Ensures compliance with Memorial Hermann policies and standards within budget and time constraints.
• Acts as mentor and resource to less experienced staff and supports department goals.
