Qualifications

• Experience with facilities systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee strategy, planning, and facility operations.
• Manage multi-site budgets and capital planning needs.
• Coordinate with units to determine space requirements and future site scenarios.
• Develop campus master planning focusing on utilization and efficiency.
• Oversee space data accuracy for Office, Lab, Manufacturing, and Warehouse.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs meeting cost and schedule targets.
• Liaise with owners of leased space for alterations and occupancy terms.
• Prepare executive-level Space Facilitation Plans and brief executives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
