Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years or more of experience in program/project management, facilities and infrastructure management, strategic planning, or closely related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional programs or projects to meet schedule, cost, and performance requirements.
• Experience using advanced Microsoft Office Applications and analytics tools to analyze large data sets and present data-driven recommendations.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance with SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive Facilities and Governance Strategy aligned with sector objectives.
• Lead multi-year facilities and infrastructure strategic plans using metrics and analytics.
• Provide strategic oversight to project managers outside the Baltimore region for consistent execution and reporting.
• Support the Facilities Governance Process and drive standardization and transparency across sites.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Operations, Real Estate, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management.
