Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Facilities Engineering Manager to lead strategy, planning, and operations across Oklahoma City and remote sites. You will manage staff on-site and remotely, forecast budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure space utilization aligns with business needs.

The role requires a bachelor's or higher in facilities-related fields and strong leadership, with travel up to 50% and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in facilities/planning or related field with required experience.
• Strong leadership with experience managing teams on-site and remotely.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Experience with facilities infrastructure, electrical/mechanical systems and codes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee strategy, planning, facility operations and day-to-day activities across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with internal customers, management and stakeholders to meet facility needs.
• Forecast multi-million dollar indirect budgets and space utilization requirements.
• Interpret program space needs and articulate facilities strategies and future site scenarios.
• Develop campus master plans focusing on utilization, efficiency, and capital availability.
• Ensure accuracy of space data for offices, labs, manufacturing, and warehouses.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance and leasehold improvements coordination.
• Engage with building owners on alterations and occupancy terms.
• Prepare Executive Level Space Facilitation Plans and brief leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
