Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Facilities Engineering Manager to oversee strategy, planning, and operations for Oklahoma City, OK, Grand Sky ND, and Moss Point MS. Role involves leading on-site and remote teams, managing multi-location space, and executing preventative maintenance with a focus on safety and cost control.

The position requires a bachelor’s or higher in related fields and 6+ years of leadership experience, with travel up to 50% and the ability to obtain a Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management and/or Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related with 6 years of experience; or Master’s with 4 years; or PhD with 2 years and 10 years leadership substitute for a bachelor’s.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams in-person and remotely.
• Ability to ensure safety of facilities team and site employees.
• Travel up to 50% and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff on site and remotely, managing day-to-day facilities operations.
• Coordinate with internal customers and Facilities teams to ensure information is defined, collected, and shared.
• Forecast multi-million dollar budgets and capital planning for each location.
• Develop and oversee campus master planning to meet organizational needs and future outlook.
• Maintain accurate space data for Office, Lab, Manufacturing, and Warehouse use.
