Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Facilities Engineering Manager to lead strategy, planning, facility operations across multiple sites (OKC, Grand Sky ND, Moss Point MS). The role is onsite in Oklahoma City with remote site management.

You will manage staff, budgets, and campus master planning, ensuring space utilization, safety, and efficiency while coordinating with internal customers and stakeholders. Travel up to 50% and a Secret clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, or advanced degrees with fewer years.
• Strong leadership and remote team management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a staff of exempt/non-exempt and contracted workers on site and remotely.
• Facilitate and manage communications with internal customers, management, stakeholders, and Facilities teams.
• Forecast multi-million dollar indirect budgets and capital planning for each location.
• Collaborate with business units to determine space requirements and future site scenarios.
• Develop and oversee campus master planning focusing on utilization and efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy of space data for Office, Lab, Manufacturing, and Warehouse space use.
• Oversee preventative/predictive maintenance programs aligned with cost and schedule targets.
