Job summary

Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to guide a team of engineers and oversee facility operations at Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems while driving preventive maintenance and reliability improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive maintenance planning experience, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure safety, efficiency, and uptime

Qualifications

• Experience leading a facilities/engineering team in large, complex facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, chillers, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems.
• Proficient in CMMS and preventive maintenance planning.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee all engineering operations including HVAC, chillers, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Manage daily engineering operations including mechanical upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, PM schedules, and system performance.
• Ensure systems comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Aid with engineering coverage for events and rapid response to issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment life and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for maintenance projects.
• Maintain organized documentation for all systems and activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
