Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI seeks an experienced General Assembly Facilities Engineering Manager to lead design and installation of facilities and equipment supporting Vehicle Process Engineering for NA and Canada launches. You will develop strategies, set standards, and drive cost, quality, and timing objectives while guiding cross-functional teams, suppliers, and plant stakeholders.

• 5+ years in automotive or industrial project management in facilities design
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Proficiency with scope of work development and budgets
• Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering design tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of facilities and production equipment standards across programs
• Own program timelines, budgets, and reporting to ensure alignment with master schedules
• Direct demolition and installation activities for new program equipment
• Coordinate with VPE, Plant Operations, Tooling, and Industrial Engineering
• Drive continuous improvement and safety compliance
