Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a highly motivated technical program manager to lead cross-functional vehicle programs from development through end-of-life, interfacing between design, engineering, manufacturing, and program management.

You will drive system integration, cost and weight targets, and on-site launch activities, while guiding change management, supplier coordination, and warranty/quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of automotive program management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CAD/PLM tools (CATIA/NX, Teamcenter) and MS Office.
• Travel willingness to support onsite launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management from development through end-of-life.
• Ensure systems meet functional and cost/weight targets.
• Resolve engineering and quality issues across program phases.
• Support launch team activities at manufacturing plants.
• Release specifications to suppliers and manage design changes (DCRs).
• Manage warranty, quality, and value optimization initiatives.
