Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking an IS Facilities Systems Product/Process Specialist to lead design and cost estimation for Facilities systems in Propulsion Plants for North America, Canada, and Mexico. This role applies UPE process standards to develop proposals, including layout and cost estimations for capital, tooling, and expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred; Civil, Electrical and/or Industrial acceptable).
• 8+ years of automotive project experience with emphasis on Facilities systems development.
• Experience leading teams in development of new product/process introduction proposals and cost estimation.
• Experience directly managing process engineering development and launch activities.
• Experience in RFQ/Sourcing/Commissioning/Launch.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and 3D Rendering/Graphic Representation.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to engage Executive/Senior Management.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% as required.

Responsibilities

• Developing Process Cost Estimates.
• Developing Concept Layouts and Representations.
• Performing Product Feasibility Analyses.
• Identifying KPI improvements (Cost, Quality, Throughput).
• Preparation of process proposal documents for handoff to UPE team.
