Qualifications

• 5-10 years of facilities engineering or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, OSHA, EPA regulations, and engineering validation principles.
• Proven track record managing teams, contractors, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with automation systems, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies.

• Safety & Compliance - Ensure OSHA, EPA, and FDA cGMP compliance; conduct audits and corrective actions.
• Leadership - Supervise engineers and technicians, provide training, and develop succession planning strategies.
• Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers; report on budgets and project status.
