Job summary

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, manage contractors, control budgets, respond to emergencies, mentor technicians, drive energy efficiency, and collaborate with clients and leaders to uphold safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading building engineering operations for large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BAS systems.
