Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead building engineering operations for complex facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage contractors, optimize budgets, respond to emergencies, mentor staff, and drive energy efficiency while upholding safety and service standards.
