Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a senior facilities engineer to lead a multi‑discipline team of engineers and technicians across mechanical, electrical, and facility operations. You will oversee HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, controls, and automation to ensure reliable performance.

Responsibilities include capital planning, lifecycle analysis, managing budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities engineering or large-scale building operations.
• Strong background in mechanical systems, HVAC, and electrical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of building automation systems, controls, and system optimization.
• Experience with capital planning, lifecycle analysis, and facility assessments.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, electrical safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Financial acumen with experience managing capital and operating budgets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
