Job summary

Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the planning, operation, and upkeep of facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure in a high‑performing distribution environment. You will drive uptime, cost efficiency, and risk reduction while championing a safety-first, reliability-centered maintenance culture.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Preferred 4-year degree in a relevant technical or engineering field.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams across designated shifts—including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, backed by a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, operation, and upkeep of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure for safe, reliable, efficient supply chain operations.
Drive uptime, throughput, cost efficiency, and risk reduction while maintaining a safety-first maintenance culture.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance, manage capital projects, coordinate with vendors, and perform root-cause investigations to improve reliability.
