Job summary

Pro Staff in Leola, PA seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead capital projects from planning through commissioning. The role requires 7+ years of progressive maintenance and engineering in a fabrication environment, plus strong automation controls and PLC knowledge.

You will manage a team, drive safety and cost-reduction initiatives, and coordinate with operations to achieve plant goals. Engineering degree is required, and this on-site position offers a direct hire path with a day shift schedule

Qualifications

Experience leading capital projects from planning through commissioning.
7+ years of progressive maintenance and engineering in fabrication/manufacturing.
3–5+ years in leadership managing maintenance, engineering, or reliability teams.
Experience managing a team of at least 5–7 people.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Experience with automation controls and PLCs, HMIs, networking, VFDs, servo systems, Rockwell/Siemens.
Experience using CMMS systems such as Fiix, Maximo, SAP PM.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance supervisors, reliability engineers, and facilities personnel.
Establish department goals, budgets, staffing plans, and performance expectations.
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing technical talent.
Lead maintenance review meetings and collaborate with Operations and Quality.
Manage operating and capital budgets and drive cost reduction initiatives.
Develop long-term maintenance strategies to support growth and ops excellence.
Lead safety initiatives, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with OEMs, contractors, and system integrators on projects.
