Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar 24/7 mission-critical role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Previous management experience.
• Technical training or degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a 24/7 critical facility environment.
• Ensure reliability, uptime, and safe operation of power, cooling, UPS, generator, fire protection, and BMS.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs and vendor performance.
• Develop and train engineering staff; drive performance and succession planning.
• Direct vendors and contractors; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
