The Role
The Senior Manager, Facilities & Engineering is responsible for the reliability, maintenance, and uptime of a mission-critical facility. This role leads engineering operations, oversees a multidisciplinary team, and ensures the safe and efficient operation of electrical, HVAC, UPS, generator, fire protection, and building automation systems.
The position manages preventive and corrective maintenance programs, vendor performance, regulatory compliance, and employee development while supporting facility projects, budgets, and operational improvements.

The Team
The Engineering Team is responsible for the 365/24/7 monitoring/triage and maintenance for all critical infrastructure systems. The team works to ensure equipment operates reliably, and the uptime for all facilities is supported.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
