Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Palmdale, CA seeks an experienced Facilities Program Manager to lead planning, design, and oversight for new or expanded facilities. You will coordinate recruitment, training, and performance assessments, and supervise external contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in capital projects, and knowledge of manufacturing equipment installation and construction processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, production, or project management.
• Experience delivering capital and overhead facility projects on time and on budget.
• Knowledge of facilities layout, design, engineering, and construction processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree

• Demonstrated experience designing, planning, and implementing small to large-scale capital and overhead projects on time and on budget
• Cost/Schedule integration experience including estimating, forecasting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of processes related to requirements gathering, design, Installation, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00
