Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support manufacturing operations by ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facility infrastructure and plant systems.

The role focuses on optimizing performance, reducing energy consumption, and conserving resources on the shop floor and in utilities. Responsibilities include monitoring building systems, identifying improvements, and coordinating maintenance with Operations, Quality, and Safety to drive reliability and cost reductions

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in computer applications and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize facility and plant infrastructure supporting the manufacturing process.
• Monitor performance and reliability of building systems, utilities and equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability and plant performance.
• Develop and implement initiatives to reduce energy consumption and conserve resources.
• Troubleshoot facility and plant system issues and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety and other departments on facility projects.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for critical infrastructure.
• Plan and execute capital improvement and facility projects.
