Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Building Engineer to support ADI’s internal customer requests, collaborate with IT, security, facilities teams, and landlords, and oversee site contractors for maintenance. You will ensure all work complies with OSHA, EPA, NFPA regulations and internal EHS protocols, acting as a first responder for mechanical and facility system failures.

You’ll maintain an inventory of spare parts, utilize CMMS and BMS to minimize downtime, and contribute to cost-effective

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent required.
• Proficient English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments for planning and problem solving on site.
• Operate and supervise site contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, NFPA compliance and internal EHS standards.
• Use CMMS to log repairs, track trends, and report to facilities management.
• Monitor and optimize Building Management Systems (BMS) performance.
