Guest Services Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining and repairing unit operations. The role requires inspecting facilities, addressing electrical/plumbing/HVAC issues, and responding to emergencies to ensure guest safety and service quality.

You will also secure facilities, monitor security systems, and support inventory and upkeep across multiple sites, while representing the company professionally with clients and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to communicate issues to management.

Responsabilités

• Receive direction from the Maintenance Manager and assist in maintenance/repair.
• Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment; check and repair malfunctions.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment as needed for kitchens and lodging.
• Respond to emergencies and safety issues, including fire alarm systems.
