Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep hotel equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently, supporting a comfortable environment for guests and team members.

In this role you’ll assist the Chief Engineer, conduct preventive checks, respond to guest maintenance requests with professionalism, and help cross-train across building systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or similar role.
• Hands-on problem solving approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
