This role links maintenance strategy to execution, ensuring planned work, efficient resource allocation, and minimized downtime while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings CMMS expertise, data‑driven planning, and cross‑functional collaboration to sustain reliable operations in a high‑value infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance of high‑value, critical infrastructure (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Background in predictive/condition‑based maintenance techniques (trend analysis, vibration, IR thermography, acoustic/ultrasound monitoring).
• Strong CMMS administration skills, including data entry and asset record‑keeping.
• Knowledge of Industrial‑Internet‑of‑Things (IIoT) platforms and machine connectivity.
• Proficient in analyzing maintenance data to develop actionable improvement plans.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
