Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or closely related discipline is desired, or equivalent technical experience with 5+ years.
• Has demonstrated competency within a discipline.
• Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct small- to medium-size engineering projects within engineering specialty requiring conventional plans and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects and meet deadlines while achieving financial targets and maintaining cost/scope/schedule controls.
• Oversee design work of internal and external consultants and create/modify designs for intermediate problems.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Post-graduate degree desired
