Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi‑discipline team to produce high‑quality reports and specifications.
• Manage field operations in unconditioned mechanical and electrical spaces.
• Review as‑built documents and develop repair/replacement cost estimates.
• Perform site visits to understand conditions and develop design/construction documents.
• Conduct facility condition assessments and capital asset management planning.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and material take‑offs for various building types.
• Coordinate and manage teams performing onsite facility condition assessments.
