Responsibilities

• Perform site visits to understand conditions and develop design/construction documents.
• Conduct facility condition assessments and capital asset management planning.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and material take‑offs for various building types.
• Coordinate and manage teams performing onsite facility condition assessments.

Job Summary

Work tasks will be extremely varied and requires flexibility and versatility in the facilities engineering field. Examples of type of work to be performed includes operations and maintenance management planning, populating and updating computerized management and maintenance systems (CMMS), tracking and reviewing facility maintenance trouble tickets, reviewing design engineering (plans, specifications and schedules) for facility maintenance and repair projects. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with facility operations and maintenance experience. Mechanical Engineering experience is a plus. Work will be conducted in Raleigh, NC. Other travel locations will be required on a limited basis.

Responsibilities

• Detailed cost analyses and material take-offs of a variety of building types throughout the US.
• Coordinate and manage teams performing onsite facility condition assessments.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Management or Engineering (or related) Field required from an ABET accredited program.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in facility operations and maintenance.
• Proficient in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software.
