Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-discipline team to produce high-quality reports and specs.
• Manage field operations in unconditioned mechanical and electrical spaces.
• Review as-built documents and develop repair/replacement cost estimates.
• Perform site visits to assess conditions and update design/construction docs.
• Conduct facility condition assessments and capital asset planning.
