Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and related maintenance across facilities and grounds.
• Open, track, and close out work orders and PMs.
• Enter data on work orders and maintain accurate records.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate with Director of Facilities on major repairs or equipment needs.
