Job summary

Strong technical skills and hands-on leadership are essential. The role requires 5+ years in engineering with 2+ years in supervisory roles, a valid Arkansas driver’s license, and the ability to work with a diverse team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in management.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and maintenance of building systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and construction projects with vendors and staff.
• Supervise Facility Engineering staff and contractors.
• Maintain project status and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Present information to managers, clients, and the public as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures daily.
