Urban Renaissance Group is hiring for a facilities engineer/maintenance role at Cascade Yard, Bellevue, WA. The position focuses on maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, following best practices, and ensuring safe operations.

You will procure parts, supervise daily inspections, and support junior engineers while promoting energy efficiency and accurate record-keeping in Building Engines. On-site work with a strong safety culture is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience commensurate with the facility for the E1 role.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Building Engines.
• OSHA/ACM awareness training is required.
• Hold required Washington state and Seattle licenses for electrical and refrigeration work.
• Knowledge of energy conservation strategies and HVAC scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Optimize repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Utilize Best Practices for troubleshooting and maintenance of building systems.
• Procure parts, manage inventories, and track invoices using the purchase order system.
• Assist junior engineers to become proficient in processes.
• Perform daily inspections, safety checks, and routine maintenance duties.
• Record data in Building Engines and ensure compliance with safety programs.
• Promote energy conservation and continuous improvement of engineering functions.
