Job summary

Urban Renaissance Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bellevue, WA to support mechanical, electrical, and building operations. You will work under supervision of the Chief Engineer and ensure safety, compliance, and reliable facility performance across systems.

Responsibilities include procurement coordination, daily log entries, and routine maintenance, with emphasis on energy conservation and customer service to tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• OSHA/ACM awareness certification.
• 0
• WA L&I 07 electrical training card to progress toward 07 electrician.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant License required.
• City of Seattle Boiler Fireman License required.
• City of Seattle Refrigeration License required.
• Energy conservation knowledge including lighting controls and HVAC scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and inventory parts, supplies, and equipment with vendors.
• Provide industry-leading, quality service to tenants, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, and work areas; perform routine cleaning.
• Promote safety and energy conservation; track utility use.
• Make daily logs and records in building logbooks; service AHU components as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks per departmental policies; follow safety procedures.
• Comply with applicable codes and URG Safety Manual; inspect safety equipment.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks and maintain regular attendance.
• Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance.
