Responsibilities include monitoring boilers and chillers, testing boiler sensors, inspecting cooling towers, preventive maintenance on air handlers, motors and pumps, completing work orders, assisting tenants, and responding to after-hour alerts when on-call.

Qualifikationen

• Possess good mechanical skills.
• Working knowledge of heat pumps and rooftop/packaged systems.
• Experience in commercial office buildings and high-rise maintenance.
• Familiar with OSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, inspect, and operate high-pressure boilers and chillers.
• Test boiler-sensing devices and warning mechanisms.
• Inspect and clean cooling towers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on air handlers, motors, and pumps.
• Complete work orders as directed by Facility Manager.
• Assist tenants with problems.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
• Replace building lighting, ballast, ceiling tiles, and fixtures.
• Adjust temperature for comfort and maintain it.
• Maintain inventory of equipment with Facility Manager.
• Respond to after-hour alerts as On-Call.
• Complete general maintenance tasks.
• Assist grounds provider with property cleanup.
