Job summary

ADI is seeking an experienced facilities coordinator to provide comprehensive support for internal requests and manage site contractors to maintain equipment under service agreements.

You will collaborate with IT, security, facilities teams and landlords, ensuring all maintenance complies with OSHA, EPA, NFPA and internal EHS standards, while acting as first responder for mechanical failures and minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hazardous materials, and fire safety systems.
• Ability to gather RFPs, bids, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments for project planning and problem-solving.
• Oversee site contractors to maintain and repair equipment under service agreements.
• Ensure all maintenance and repairs comply with OSHA, EPA, NFPA and internal EHS standards.
• Act as a first responder for mechanical and facilities system failures, minimizing disruption.
