Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading sketches and blueprints.
• Experience with Building Automation System (BAS).
• Computer experience in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary Facility Services software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for associates.
• Assist with maintenance and repair duties in assigned operations.
• Perform annual inspections of building systems.
• Assist with snow/ice removal from surfaces.
