Job summary

Remedy Medical Properties seeks a skilled facilities engineer to operate, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems across healthcare properties. You will oversee vendor work, coordinate construction activities, and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities or related roles, proficiency with Microsoft tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct or related experience and/or equivalent experience/education.
• Proficient in Microsoft based software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, service and repair all mechanical (HVAC), electrical, lighting, plumbing, life safety and ancillary systems and equipment.
• Coordinate and oversee outsourced/vendor work and approve scope, schedule, and completion.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for tenants and maintain open communication.
