Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Danville, KY is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support the safe and efficient operation of plant facilities, utilities, and building systems. The role emphasizes electrical and mechanical engineering across power distribution, HVAC, piping, and process support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related field.
5+ years in mechanical, electrical or facilities engineering.
Independent work style with cross-functional collaboration.
Understanding of financial, product development, operational functions and key business drivers.

Responsibilities

Support safe, reliable operation of plant facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and building systems.
Apply electrical engineering knowledge to power distribution, motor controls, lighting, grounding, and automation.
Apply mechanical engineering knowledge to HVAC, piping, pumps, plumbing, ventilation, and utility systems.
Manage maintenance improvement projects, capital planning, and regulatory compliance.
Lead cross-functional teams and contractors; manage budgets and schedules.
