Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience
- 5+ years in facilities engineering
- Experience with PLC-based control systems
- Experience with electrical distribution up to 480 VAC, 3PH
- Ability to read ladder diagrams
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E safety practices
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical/control issues in circuits with transformers and disconnects
- Review and oversee plant facilities documents related to electrical and mechanical components
- Supervise and train facility technicians on safety procedures
- Oversee long-term maintenance planning and facilities automation
- Manage facility upgrade projects ensuring OSHA and ANC standards
- Collaborate with contractors to meet maintenance objectives
- Coordinate emergency and non-emergency tasks and facilities staff
- Support facilities activities and technical aspects as required
